Coating: Original film+Electrostatic coating+Release coating+Ink absorbing coating
1. Original film: ① High temperature original film, 180 ℃ - No deformation; ② The thickness of the film is 75U
2. Electrostatic coating: ① Non electrostatic coating will produce adhesive powder; ② Winter is prone to static electricity problems.
3. Release coating: ① Release can be tested with numerical values; ② The release cannot be scraped off
4. Ink absorbing coating: With strong moisture resistance, it does not affect product performance in cloudy and rainy days
Single Sided/Double Sided
1. Single sided: One side coated smooth and bright, and the other side coated matte.
2. Double sided: With the use of the machine, the paper roller will wear and tear. If single sided film is used, it is easy to shift or slip, resulting in the phenomenon of hanging the nozzle. But for the double-sided film, the double-sided coating treatment is matte to increase friction, so the whole transfer process is more stable, the film will not slip, and the printing quality is higher.
Cold Tearing and Hot Tearing
1. Cold tearing: After pressing and ironing, wait for cooling before tearing;
2. Hot tearing: The hot tearing film can be hot torn, warm torn, or cold torn
